Cookies and tracking: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to make the site work (essential cookies), to enhance functionality, and for analytics.  We use Meta Pixel to track and serve Facebook/Instagram ads; Meta Pixel stores a cookie on your device so we can measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on social media .  We use Google Analytics to monitor website usage and improve user experience; this sets cookies on your device to collect data about how you navigate the site .  These analytics services do not receive your name or contact details, only anonymized usage data.  You can opt out of Facebook advertising via your Facebook Ad Settings and off‑Facebook activity (or through the Digital Advertising Alliance ), and opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing Google’s opt‑out browser add-on .
